"And something about story...We actually physically react to stories. We can't actually control our physical body. Our eyes will dilate so we can take in more of the information. You might get a chill down your spine. Your heart will race. You lean forward. You get a weird feeling in the pit of your stomach. These are all physical reactions to stories. And something happens when we, in our minds, tell ourselves, 'We're not a storyteller any more; we're a presenter.' You insert slides and everything flat lines."
