What SOTA Is
SOTA brings high-quality, low-cost events to Ohio trainers. Our speaker list includes:
- Sivasailam Thiagarajan (Thiagi),
- Patrick Donadio,
- Scott Warrick,
- Robert Cooperman,
- and many more.
SOTA attendees are mostly public sector employees, but anyone with a training background or interest can attend.
When SOTA was founded, we didn't host day-long events. Back then, SOTA only featured several small presentations done throughout the year, usually in a downtown office and only over the lunch period. As we grew, we moved towards all-day events and eventually to 2-day conferences.
Today, SOTA hosts up to four events yearly. Registration is usually under $80.00. Run by a volunteer board of directors, SOTA is not for-profit.
